02/16/21 BUSINESS UPDATE

Thanks to a talented and interested customer service person our processing account is reactivated and we are back in business.

We also found out today that postage for rolled drawings has gone up to $15.50.  The website order form should be updated soon to reflect this, but until then we will manually adjust the orders.

11/26/17  INTERNATIONAL MAILING CLARIFICATION

We mail First Class International in order to keep your costs down.  There is no tracking ability once the package reaches the U.S. Customs.  We are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered mail.

Registered packages can verify delivery.  This is an extra feature that starts at $11.70 USD and is based on weight and size of the package (~$15 to Austria for a 1lb package).  Actual cost cannot be determined until the package is assembled for shipping.  Priority mail is available, but its cost can triple the mailing cost.

As this is not a normal feature, you MUST send a email to “contact@airdoc.biz” and request registered or priority mail.

1/18/18  PRODUCT PRICING CLARIFICATION

As stated in the order instructions;

NOTE: Credit Card orders are a $20 minimum PRODUCT order (does not include postage).

This requirement is because of the bank processing fees.

This is a continuation of Bob Banka’s policy.

Domestic orders may pay by check, but please contact us for order total verification.  We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
